Flower of Life - An ancient sacred geometry symbol that represents unity, creation and the circle of life. This symbol is often used as a tool to aid in meditation, visualization, and prayer.
In Eastern traditions the flower of life is a representation of the the lotus flower. The metaphor of the lotus is that it grows deep in the muddy waters, far away from the sun. In time the Lotus reaches the light and transforms into a beautiful flower. Just like all of us.
Mandalas are a geometric configuration of symbols that support with meditation. The sacredness of how the symbols have been created were channeled by ancient sages/monks in the Eastern traditions and they specifically support with bringing clarity to the mind, healing to the body and balance to the soul.
Himalayan Singing Bowls (Tibetan Singing Bowls) have been used as tools for meditation and Sound Healing for thousands of years. We are honoured to be working with a small, family run business in Nepal who craft their bowls the traditional way - hand beaten and infused with sacred mantra.
Every bowl has a unique sound and resonance mixed with a plethora of overtones and partials that make up the audioscape of these bowls.
