The Professional – Large set (8in to 14in set)
The sizes include 8in, 9in, 10in, 11in, 12in, 13in and 14in.
What is the difference between the sets?
The volume and amplitude of the sound increases with the larger sizes. The larger bowls also hold a resonance for a little longer than the small ones do. In saying that however, the smaller bowls do get loud and will continue to sing even after the mallet or striker leaves the rim. It is important to note: The louder or more volume doesn’t mean more benefit!
The weight of the bowls is also another factor to consider.
The smaller set (as combined weight) = about 16kgs.
The larger set (combined weight) = about 26kgs.
If you feel you would be using your bowls for groups of people of more than 25 people or outside – our recommendation would be to purchase the large set.
Purchasing either of these as full sets gifts you a ticket to our one day “Intro to working with crystal bowls” workshop recording. Or $200 off the live online or in person version of this workshop.
