Be the Observer
When we can become the observer of our own thoughts, feelings and reactions we allow ourselves the opportunity of authentic analysis. To analyse one’s self isn’t an invitation to pass judgements yet it is a moment to assess if there is anything we (from a centred, grounded place) could have done better in a particular situation. This is a practice but a powerful one. To take responsibility for one’s actions – whilst remaining in a state of love no matter the result is truly embodying the role of a conscious observer.
