Sri Yantra - This symbol in the Vedic tradition is deeply honoured for its representation of the masculine and feminine. The divine dance of Shiva and Shakti within us all. The centre represents the bindu, which is the cosmic force or energy that is activated when these two energies come together. There are traditionally 12 and 15 sides in the Sri Yantra also represents the 12 sidereal zodiac signs of the sun and 15 phases of the moon.
Yantra translates as mystical diagram.
Mandalas are a geometric configuration of symbols that support with meditation. The sacredness of how the symbols have been created were channeled by ancient sages/monks in the Eastern traditions and they specifically support with bringing clarity to the mind, healing to the body and balance to the soul.
Himalayan Singing Bowls (Tibetan Singing Bowls) have been used as tools for meditation and Sound Healing for thousands of years. We are honoured to be working with a small, family run business in Nepal who craft their bowls the traditional way - hand beaten and infused with sacred mantra.
Every bowl has a unique sound and resonance mixed with a plethora of overtones and partials that make up the audioscape of these bowls.
